Disgusted customer service

My daughter was on her lunch break. With the lockdown she had a permit that allowed her quick access to avoid long queues. One of the staff members chased her out of the shop, saying that people who work for other companies aren't allowed inside the shop. This is wrong on so many levels because how can they treat a customer in such a way.
