Disgusted

Today I went to checkers hyper at parow centre. This girl at customer service was so rude. I had no idea one could only stand there with 2items and i had a handful of item. I ran to checkers quickly during my lunch time. The 10 items queue was extreamly long. But this girl at the till point was extreamly disrespectful shouting at me telling me shes not going to help me. I told the floor manager but i feel that she did not take my complaint seriously. The customer service is really terrible. Why is that girl so comfortable to speak to customers like that.
