Disgusted!

This is the third time I've written to head office Checkers Hyper with no response after the disgusting treatment at the Hyper at Newmarket. The manager threw the catalogue in my face when I kindly asked about a special. After telling her I'd report her to head office her response was "be my guest, they'll do nothing about it". She wasn't wrong-seems she's been reported before and obviously nothing was done. I'll never return after spending thousands every visit and getting treated like ****!
