Disgusted by the service

<p>The service in Checkers Tokai is poor and pathetic. I am a tenant in the malL and i often go the checkers to do my shopping as it is the only supermarket in the mall besides Woolworths. I must however emphasise that tge staff at the bakery specifically are the worst to deal with. Each time i go there the staff are either working at their own pace, they do not acknowledge their clients and their attitude in general is poor. The manner in which they approach and speak to a client is beyond me. On numerous occassions i would go to the bakery and receive the samw kind if service. At one stage i even complained to the manager on duty and all he said was that he will deal with it.</p> <p>when i went into the store again last week the same thing occurred i spoke to the manager on duty again. I told him about the staff with the bad artitudes and he told me that there is nothing he can do as they receive training. My question would be training for what? In which department? To do what?. Today I requested for buttered roll and the girl behind tge counter replies "i cant make you buttered rolls because heres no one" i looked at her and told her i need the rolls please she refused and i asked for a manager. She then hurried iff to the back mumbling and came back simply ignoring my request to speak to a manager. She then rep**** with there is no manager. I was in total shock and disgusted by the appalling service. I took the rolls and left. When i got back to my store and opened the rolls i was even more shocked and appalled.An intervention needs to happen as staff cannot treAt customers in that manner. </p>
