disgusted by the bad service

I buy my monthly groceries from Checkers Eastgate. I'm literally there at least twice a week or somethings more. Today was the worse experience I've ever had in all the years I've shopped there. I needed to purchase flight tickets for my parents and my son to come down to jhb. Firstly they flat out refused to help me with out my moms ID copy and after I took the effects to get the document they needed I asked for my RCS card to be verified so I could pay for the tickets I was told I couldn't use my RCS card at the money market which didn't make sense corse I used my card at that store the day before to purchase something. I was to tired to argue with them, their reasons just didn't make sense. I walked out without my 3 flight tickets. Not sure if I'll ever purchase from that store again
