Disgusted by Checkers Springs Mall

Service is very poor. This is the last time I may see myself in there. First I went and queued to buy fried fish for almost 25 mins and the guy there was very slow. Other customers behind me even turned back and left. Complained to the deli manager, some Indian lady who went there but just joked with him. Left without buying anything.

Second, I bought an iron there only to find the price on shelf is different from the one on item. Got refunded as if I am a problematic customer. Today, third time, I go to get bread and see there is a promo for a loaf of bread at R14.99. I get 2 only to find that the promo ended yesterday at the tills. No apology or refund whatsoever. Just calling an employee to go change price. But why not do that prior to this and what happened to honoring prices according to the Consumer Goods and Services Industry Code?

Am disgusted.
