Disgusted

I purchased some groceries from Checkers at Mafikeng Mall on December 16, and asked for cashback at the till. The teller indicated taht she did not have money, and one of her colleagues advised her to ask other tellers, and she only asked one and told me she couldn't assist me. I then asked to see the manager, a gentleman by the name of John Ross came and when I asked him for help with cashback, he was quite ****y with me, and told me there was no money and that it had all been taken the previous day. The time I was in the store was past one in the afternoon, are you trying to tell me that from the previous day to past one the following day there was no cash whatsoever? I take issue with a manager who is ****y when addressing customers, the least he could do is show some common courtesy instead of addressing people in such a condescending manner. What example is he setting for his juniors. Unfortunately Mr. Ross assumes the worst about his customers, he does not know how well travelled they are and what kind of consumers they are, he just looks at you and assumes you have no idea what you're asking for. Learn to treat people well, irrespective of age or social standing and stop lying about not having cash in store just because you are lazy and mean and would rather go back to your chair than assist a customer - you are acting that way because that store doesn't belong to you, yet you expect a full month's salary at the end of each month.
