DISGUSTED and HORRIFIED with PERRY'S (cashier) CUSTOMER SERVICE

<p>As an individual that deals with customers on a daily basis, I was astounded and thrown aback by PERRY's customer service and attitude. On the evening of 14th June 2016 at about 18:05, I had an encounter with a cashier (PERRY) who clearly does not value the job that puts food on her table! PERRY seems to have had an incident of amnesia as she doesnt recall that her job intails her packing my groceries when she does not have a packer at her station to assist her!!!!! Where on EARTH have you ever heard of customer being told that,"you can pack your own groceries!!! She was so rude, she did not greet, she took me as a little child and thought she will not grant me the satification of packing my groceries because i can do it myself. WOW!!!! After that she still had the nerve to cause a scene and tell me she would not pack my groceries because its not her JOB!!!! I say fire her then!</p> <p>She best be fired or recruited to the box section in the store room where she will have minimal interaction with customers. I am beyond LIVID!!! The gore and attitude this lady had. I read somewhere that the customer is always RIGHT and i know for a FACT that, had it been an elderly person she would not have given them the service she gave me. PLEASE take her back to basics and teach her the rules of treating customers fairly and with respect. You can not treat people like that, i do not care if you are having a bad day or you have been dumped by your boyfriend. To top off this bizarre scenario, she scanned and PACKED the items of the guy behind us. DOUBLE STANDARDS! Could this have been because he had a *****? I wonder. What happened to gender equality and treating customers fairly?</p> <p>I want her manager to contact me and i want an apology for PERRY. I am a very loyal customer to your store and to be treated like this is totally unaccepttable!!!!!! From infuriatated customer, who wants this lady called to order and this matter addressed ASAP!!!!!!!!!</p>
