DISGUSTED

Today I went to the Pavilion in Westville and I don't really like going to Checkers Hyper because it is always crowded and not the most pleasant place to be. Anyway I had to go in and as I walked in there was this most awful stench which is another reason I don't like going there. It is always smelly and not as clean as it should be. The lay out of the shop is terrible, whoever did the lay out obviously doesn't know how you put things into a shop!!!! There were some sweets that were on special and I bought them. When I got to the express till, the cashier was not very friendly at all, she basically pushed me out of the way so she could serve the person behind me who she almost fell over backwards to be nice to. When I checked my till slip, I saw that I'd been over charged. So I went to the customer care section, which is also not in a very good place, there is no space to actually speak to the customer care rep. I stood there for about ten minutes being totally ignored by the person on duty, who saw me standing there and just ignored me and carried on with her work. When I explained that I had been over charged she argued and told me I hadn't been. Then she didn't even know the specials they had on, she had to actually look through the paper. She never apologised or anything. It was not a good experience at all and if I can help it, I don't want to go back there again!!! Checkers Hyper, your staff need training on how to treat their customers. Manners make all the difference!!!
