Disgusted

Yesterday my mom was at the Newcastle Majuba Mall store. When she was done with her groceries she was stopped at the door by a lady who was supposedly a guard but not wearing uniform. She checked my mom's shopping bag and thereafter insinuated she had ****** some items. The guard even pointed out what items she had put in her basket while shopping but didn't have in her shopping bag. The guard had been following her while she was shopping. My mother told her that she had decided against buying those items. The security guard then insisted that she go show her where she left the things she hadn't bought. There was one item (lotion), which she had taken back to the shelf and had not left at the till with the other items, so the guard concluded that she had ****** it. She was then asked, in front of other customers and staff, to go to a room so that she can be searched by the guard. I'm disgusted by this. How do security guards, without proof, follow an innocent 67 year woman and then accuse her of *****ing lotion? If these are indeed your controls for security u should be following and searching every single customer that walks through your door. Such is unacceptable at all!!!
