Disgraceful Grace from Klerksdorp Checkers Hyper

I want to report a cashier from Checkers Hyper [Klerksdorp] who goes by the name of Grace. She is the worst cashier I have ever seen. She doesn't have a friendly face at all and she doesn't make contact with us customers. My family and I got into Checkers Hyper in Klerksdorp on the 7th of June 2025 around 17:30 to do our essential shopping.

While we were busy shopping through the different isles, I was keeping in mind the closing time which was 18:00 and eventually when we got to the till, I greeted this Grace lady together with her colleagues and I loudly apologised for being the only customer left in the shop. Grace did not even respond nor did she look me in the eye.

I repeated myself so loud and told her that I'm sorry and she still did not respond. The fact that I apologized for being the only customer at the time of knock off, I felt disrespected and ignored by this lady who was not so "graceful". If anything would make me a happy customer again, I would appreciate it if she apologises to me and make a promise that she will never treat any customer like that because it is not nice being given a cold shoulder especially when you're a customer.
