Disgraceful Government Services to South African pensioners and disabled citizens

PENSIONERS AND DISABLED CITIZENS TURNED AWAY WITH NO WARNING. My pensioner Parents went to Checkers Hyper Parrow today to get there black pension cards as they were told the gold one is no longer acceptable. They arrived there at 5am as did about 400 other pensioners, disabled people, wheelchair people, and more l. After standing there In the bland heat they were all sent away and told checkers hyper no longer do pension cards. This is unacceptable some people were on there 3 day there today. Paying transport taxies and all sorts to get there stuff sorted out. This is damn disgusting as many of the services in South Africa. What exactly are these elderly people supposed to do and HOW WILL THEY NOW GET THERE BLACK PENSION CARDS. TOTALLY poor and disgraceful service. NOTHING NEW IN SOUTH AFRICA.
