Disgrace of a company and service

I ordered online from checkers 60 on the 16th of march. Then the next day they didnt have my stock so I cancelled the order called them and they said I'd have a refund in 48 hours. Called then a few days later as I still didnt have a refund they said they had system issues and would manually process a refund within 24hours I still have not recieved my refund. I sent a complaint email and a week later go a response they sorry they dealing with the matter. But yet today is the 4th of april and they still haven't refunded me.

What a ****en disgrace of s business that promises a customer things and doesnt deliver then still has the audacity to keep the money.

I will never ever buy from a checkers again in my life what a ****en disgrace.
