disgrace in service from MASTER MODIBA

We purchased a few grocery items today at Checkers Hyper in Eastgate shopping centre. Our purchase also included 12 cans of soda (fanta) and a 2 litre bottle of sprite. As we left my sister reached out at to the exist counter and grabbed 12 straws. As we were about to exit the doors a man stopped us. Asked us what we were doing and that we should leave the straws. We advised him by showing him our purchase that the straws amounted to the number of drinks we'd bought including the 2 litre coke. He took them from my sister counted 15 and told her **** You when she asked for a manager. He turned out to be the manager who offered us a refund for our purchase because we asked for extra straws. That was absurd. There has never been a rule for straws. We offered to buy them. He hit my sister's hand and her phone fell and cracked. My sister pushed him in anger seeing her phone on the floor in pieces . He kept advancing my sister trying to hit her. I stood in front of her threatening to get him arrested if he hit her. We left the store being pushed out over a straw that we offered to purchase. I am still traumatised ! Thus is pathetic. Something must be done to MODIBA!!!!
