Disatisfied customer checkers 60 60

I ordered 2 bottles of Johnny walker red at 13h30, order #***A. The order never came and I phoned the help centre at about15h30. They assured me that I would get a delivery between 4 and 5 pm. After that I noticed that my order was cancelled on the app. I got hold of the call centre again and they said they have reached capacity. As it is Christmas and we are having a function with family and friends, I asked the call centre lady what the plan was to rectify the problem, she said she couldn't do anything. I asked her if she was aware that it is Christmas and all the bottle stores are closed now, she rep**** nothing she can do. As a regular customer of checkers 60 60 who spend plus minus one thousand rand a week and enjoy the lovely service, this is a major blow to our festive activities.
