Disaster 60

Checkers Sixty60 i just had the worst experience! I would not recommend using the app. Today outweigh every good experience! I noted the order was delivered by 2.21 however I never received it. I called the number as per the app. The guy promised to call me back. After 20 minutes no one called me back. I submitted a issue via the app. No response. I called the local checkers spoke to the manager Mr Thwala he said he will call me back straight away. After 25min no one called me back. I called again. I spoke to Mr Thwala again, he said they tried to call me... but couldn't tell me what the problem was. I asked ro speak to his manager. He cut the call. I called again then got through to Mrs Singh. Also no help. She suggested going on application and requesting a refund. I called the 08 hundred number again as per app. I got through to a gentleman who actually was helpful. He managed to get the person to call me back. According to the lady who called back there was a problem at the store but because of the time lapse she wouldn't recommend me requested the same order. So here's my dilemma... she can't cancel my payment so know I must spend more time trying to cancel the payment on my side at the bank. Instead of offering to reshop and send the new shopped goods. Absolutely ridiculous. I would not recommend using the checkers 60 I got refunded to the wallet less the tip. Absolute *******. No customer satisfaction
