disaster

me and my wife walked into -checkers in Westgate saw 2 different carpets with 2 different prices R349/R499 - we get to the till&we were told the carpet is R899! we wanted clarity on that and some Lawrence(non food manager )came -don't even great and he puts a 899 sticker on the carpet were as the there was no sticker (how nice) without hearing our side of story- &someone was sent to remove the prices on the carpets !then some Chris guy came same attitude -DeKock came saying he is the manager (needs more managing skills Sir) as a manager i was expecting him to be professional unfortunately did the opposite - he come with attitude doesn't great threatens us with calling security -coz he couldn't answer or apologies the mistake they did -even told us that we can report the matter to who ever we want ? what type of a manager is that? - racial wont take us any were Meneer De Kock-now if the store manager cant help customers and have attitude who should customers go to for help?we where made to look like we want freebies?y was the price taken off ? we were humiliated in front of other customers and stuff ?what did we do wrong ?we want a clear apology for humiliating &waisting our time.
