Disappointing Staff service

I am so disgusted & disappointed with the staff's attitude & general lack of customer service awareness. I shop there almost every day, & each day you encounter nothing but a bunch of miserable people assisting customers with broody, & rude attitudes. Today I went to the money market to make a withdrawal, I went to two counters & both of the staff were extremely rude, they were laughing & cackling amongst each other, even called another customer to come before us. I was so disgusted honestly. Additionally, there was a fly flying around in one of the pastry bowls, the staff member saw it, & did nothing. To give you an idea of how enthusiastic they are about their jobs. When you stand in the que to pay, the staff truly gives me anxiety because they're so rude if you take a bit long, or ho to the wrong till. If the staff are not happy, they should leave, do not subject paying customers to this nonsense because in that case, we'd rather support another brand entirely. I will definitely not be going back to this branch if I do not absolutely have to. So so disappointed .
