Disappointing Service at Checkers Hyper in Bloemfontein

I bought yogurt from Checkers hyper in Bloemfontein on 03 November 2022 only to realize today that it expired on 28 October 2022, went to the store to exchange it but upon my arrival was immediately offered a refund but insisted on exchange, the lady who assisted me (Dineo) came back to tell me the flavor I wanted was finished and she insisted on the refund, I went to the fridge to see if I can get another flavor and to my surprise there was plenty of the flavor that I was told that it's finished. It is really disappointing to get treatment like from such a reputable store and hope that this matter is dealt with.
