*Disappointing Experience at Checkers Randfontein Tambotie Mall*

I recently visited the Checkers store at Tambotie Mall and was left disappointed with the service I received. Upon entering the store, I noticed that the pancake lady was not at her station. After paying for my pancakes at the tellers, the manager and another staff member searched for her, only to be told that she was busy making the premix.

I waited for over 40 minutes, observing the pancake lady as she made pancakes while simultaneously using her phone, playing on it, and even taking money out the back of her phone cover to give to a colleague. What concerned me most was that she didn't change her gloves after using her phone and handling money, and then continued to put sugar on the pancakes without any regard for hygiene.

The attitude and lack of professionalism displayed by the pancake lady was disconcerting. As a customer, I expect better service and adherence to basic health and safety standards. I hope the management takes necessary steps to address these issues.
