DISAPPOINTING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RUDE STAFF

One would thing that a brand like Checkers would pride its self with well equipped and trained staff who give a service of excellence striving for it to grow and keep more customers coming, But it is disappointing when staff members are boastful and have pride to a level where they look down on the mere customers this brand was established to service.<br> <br> After work on the 27th of October 2015, i went to Checkers to pick out a couple of house items, i was disappointing when i got to the till and the cashier Tebogo Mohlala was throwing my groceries as she scans with a look of disgust, she did not greet me, she was not friendly and her expression was not of friendliness too needless to say her body language. upon piling up all the items i asked her if they have a bag packer as i wanted plastics to carry the items( IN OTHER CHAIN STORES THEY ASK YOU WHILE TILLING IF YOU WOULD LIKE A BAG OR NOT ITS NOT A SUGGESTION YOU GIVE THE CASHIER) her response was as below:<br> <br> * Our bag packers have knocked off and the one that is here cannot assist so you must pack the items in yourself as no one will do it for you. she sat there and scratched her ear saying she will not pack them!!!!!
