Disappointing Checkers Sixty60 App

on 31 May 2023, my wife and bought items off the Sixty60 App. Some of the items were out of stock, a fact that we got to know of after we had made payment. The amounts for the items that we did not receive were not paid back to us, even after the 10 working days we were promised for the reversal to be effected.

Yesterday, 06 June 2023, the same thing happened where we placed and paid for an order that was incomplete on delivery as a result of items that were out of stock.

The balance of 31 May 2023 and 06 June 2023 are both not paid despite repeated attempts to get the matter resolved with customer care.

We would not recommend this App to anyone, their service is appalling and they do not update the availability of the items in store, so you could find yourself placing and paying for an order of items that are out of stock.
