Disappointing app

I installed the app today. My mom and I have Covid so we can't go out to shop and we love remotely. Family member lives 57km from here - if I could have it delivered to her on time tomorrow she would bring it for us. Alas, your app doesn't work. I add everything to my basket and when I check put, all the items are out of stock and I am told to make an alternative choice for each of the items and there are more than 10. I tried everything and could find truly nothing wrong on our side. We're just very deeply disappointed as we're pretty much stranded now.
