Disappointed with service

I visited Checkers in Tablebay Mall and was assisted by a very friendly Aqeelah. It was already around closing time. Upon discovering that it was my birthday and I had a Checkers Reward card, she advised I could get a free coffee as a happy birthday and thank you from Checkers. She sent me to the coffee bar. I waited there more than 5 mins without being assisted. Eventually they went to go call someone from the back to come make the coffee. The person didn't come and said someone else must make it, but now this person that was supposed to make it was at the tills. She also couldn't make it. After waiting more than 10mins, I figured the free coffee is not worth it. I left the store without the coffee and very upset that my time was wasted like that. I figured because it was closing time, I was not important enough for them to make me coffee as they had already cleaned the machine. It was a good gesture, but in the end, it could not be delivered.
