Disappointed with Checkers Sixty60

I usually purchase using the app alot but in this instance when I reviewed my purchase and indicated that an item was off they didn't even follow up so now I have to physically go into the store which defeats the whole purpose of the app. Why have a feature asking about the quality and ignore.
