DISAPPOINTED LOYAL CUSTOMER

It is with great disgust and disappointment I am writing this letter to you. I have up until now enjoyed my shopping experiences, good service and specials at Checker Hyper Fourways mall. <br> I went into your store on a Thursday afternoon the 29th of October. I was almost done with my shopping and making my way to the tills, passing the fruit and vegetable section I slipped and fell. The floor was wet and slippery. I fell flat on my side with a impact. There were no signs of wet floors put up or anything alerting us that the floor was wet and messed. I am 6 months pregnant , I could have lost my baby because of this negligence. I immediately woke up but the security at the door witnessed everything. My husband asked for a manager and informed him of what happened.The store took photos and advised that I will be contacted.I did not receive no apology from the store.My 7 year old daughter was with me and she was also left traumatised by this incident because of her concern for the baby. I was also under emotional stress and left traumatised thinking what damage was caused and what could ?have happened.Since then it has been a uphill battle getting any king of a
