Disappointed in kuruman checkers

Did an order at 11#59 give me a option to choose a delivery time and so i did They knew that they will close at that time why axcwpt my my order the guys deliver fast honestly but its the system that fails them 199 99 i paid some how don't know wat happened to the money i had a good reason why i order the goods i don't need money back i need the things that i order a child needs to take that take to school yesterday i had to ##$#@& look like a lair to a child because of the extremely bad service i have received i still say its the system if u don't no protocol of can follow rules get people that can serve us I need my goods asb take that money what ever u did with it and deliver my things now
