Disappointed in Checkers Northriding Square, especially the manager

I am so ****ed off at these damn people. Yesterday I went to go buy my groceries as per usual. The cream that I wanted to buy was priced incorrectly and when I got to the till they just said there is nothing they can do. The teller called the manager and I went with him to the aisle where the item is and when we got there he just said to me that these things are not meant to be packed like this... he then started arranging them the way they were supposed to be and they removed the price that was placed there incorrectly. According to my experience, if the shop places an incorrect price on an item then you should be given the item at that price because it is the shop's error and not yours... but no, not this time... the manager basically just told me that the person who was placing the items on the shelf made a mistake and there's nothing they can do about it and he won't void an item or amend the price just because of a mistake that they made and I should just leave it if I'm not happy with the price. To top all of this off, when I get home I realize that they packed my Maize meal with meat and the blood of the meat was all over it because it wasn't frozen... never have I felt so disrespected and disappointed with the service that I pay for as I buy my groceries there every month... and the month before I bought eggs from them only to find that they have passed their expiry date and some were rotten... please check their expiry dates because these people don't care to check any of that and keep expired items on the shelves. I'm definitely going to take this further. They need better management!!!
