Disappointed customer - Small appliances

I bought a Platinum 40cm Mist stand fan on the 28th of September 2021. Today the 23rd of October 2021 the fan is literally in pieces. I increased the fan speed from low to medium as usual, upon doing so, the fan blades broke into pieces. I have pictures of whats left of the fan, just 1 month into use. I am truly disappointed as i expected a higher level of quality from such a reputable shop(hence why i bought it from there). I have been looking for the purchase slip to no avail, i do though have all the pictures of the damaged fan, the box and all it contents. The underside of the box still has the packaging slip showing the product details and other information such as "Shoprite small 13731 appliances". I do honestly hope that Checkers will assist in the replacement of this product speedily as it is my preferred store for all things shopping.
