Disappointed customer

I bought 2 sixpack milk by Shoprite but only got the one when we went back we were accused of *****ing the one pack of milk we asked them to check the cameras to see if the two packs of milk was given to us at the time of tillpoint or put into our trollies and the packers (assistants) made us feel like ****** and ******* they kept saying in Xhosa we are lying. I'm so disappointed in the management process as no one was helpfull to help us or trying to sort out our query and complaint. We only left with one milk but paid for two packs.
