Disappointed customer

experienced such terrible service yesterday at the Checkers in Gateway at the kiosk. I was suffering from a bad headache and approached the lady working there for Panado tablets, she blatantly told me that she does not have change for R100. Who's job is it to make sure that the customer buys what they need? Who's responsibility is it exactly to find change and assist the customer. She stood there and watched me walk away. I did not even have the energy to argue with her in the state that I was in. Really disappointed as they do go out of their way to assist other races apart from their own.
