Disappointed client

I have had 2 really bad experiences with Checkers Kenilworth. I normally order all my platters from here as they are halaal. On the 18th of Oct I ordered 2 platters, the meat platter was disgusting, the ribs, chickens wings/drummets & viennas tasted like they were boiled & sauce just thrown over it. Then I ordered platters for the 1st of Nov to be picked up at 9am & it was not ready, furthermore they messed up the order. I wanted 1 fruit platter but 2 were made. The pinwheel wrap platter was terrible, the salmon tasted off & the entire platter smelt fishy. Highly disappointed as I have been ordering platters for all my corporate events
