Disappointed by Checkers Festival Mall

I went to buy cake at Checkers Hyper at Festival Mall today. I am so disappointed the cake is not fresh at all, had to throw it away. When you check the date sell by its on the 22 of September so I took it thinking today it is the 15th the cake is fresh . The sponge is hard. Il never buy cake there anymore. Wasted my R80 .
