Disappointed by Bad Behaviour

I was very upset in the Sunningdale store today, I picked up a bowl at the counter and as it was self service I continued. When I hand it over for a price and I mean its burning my hands its so hard, the lady on the right says not for me for there but no one was there I asked where is the person helping, Next the two of them are discussing how I mixed the foods in one bowl. The older one could be a supervisor says thats not allowed so I asked her where is the sign, she says you must just know. I tried to explain I don't work for checkers but the attitude continued. I eventually got my food and told her I would lodge a complaint she says do that you might be doing us all a favour. Nice like this has happened before and what gets done nothing.
