Disappointed

I made an order to checkers on Sunday 3 times, the payment went through all 3 times. The first time the money was refunded back to my account. So I tried to order again. And it said payment failed. And the same thing happened again. I then waited a while and ordered again. The third time my money was not refunded back to me and the app said payment failed but the money left my account. I called the help line twice and only the second time was I told that the money would reflect in 48 hours. It’s been more than 48 hours and there is still no money in my account. I contacted my bank and was told the refund would reflect in 24hours.

I need that money, it was for groceries. What do I do now?
