Disappointed _Bad Customer Service

Placed My order on 14 January 2024 on the Checkers 60 App, the order was cancelled due to authentication but monies were deducted afterwards and still in a pending status.I have contacted the Call Centre numerous times and was promised that they would escalate it to their financial department and give me a callback to no avail. This is really disappointing as I need that money to buy groceries 😞 and the bank won't release it until they call the bank or I get an authorisation letter
