disappointed at Checkers ( gateway)

on the 29 of Nov i bought chicken pizza , and its was rotten , the following morning i went back to them spoke to one of the managers there Rakesh Moodley , i informed him that am sick because of what i bought in their store asked him to take me to the doctor , he advised that i should go to the doctor myself and i will be refunded the money i used to pay the doctor if i provide with a doctors note , my doctor confirmed that i suffered from food poisoning ... went back to Rakesh on the 03 Nov gave him the note and he said i was going to receive feedback on the following Monday cause they don't work on weekends he advised they need to investigate still don't know what they were investigating cause he saw me crying and asking them to take me to that doctor , this investigation they claim to be doing wasn't valid cause they promised to give me feedback on Monday (6 Nov) but it took them a whole week and after the long wait they provided with a letter stating what i said or my sickness isn't liable , and i should do a pathology still don't understand why ... to be honest i don't understand why is this am wondering if it was someone else from a different race if they would have treated this the same way ... i don't think they they treat all their customers the same way
