DISAPPOINTED!!!

I am very very disappointed in Checkers hyper on 14th Avenue in Constantia Kloof, Johannesburg. My 3 month old needed Nan Optipro 1 formula as and I went to Checkers to buy. They didn't have a 1.8kg on their shelf as they apparently lock that away. I asked the guy to please please make a plan for me as I was so desperate. He point blank refused me. I asked if they could accommodate me by giving me one from the 2 box pack they had on the shelf and I was again refused. I then explained my desperation and was refused. I asked what time they lock those type of items away and he said 6pm but it was not even close to 6pm. I work for a huge company who buys gift cards from Checkers of which I will tell them about the pathetic experience I had at your company. All I asked was to be helped as I absolutely NEEDED this for my baby! As a working mom rushing to get milk for her baby I expected better understanding from Checkers but I guess I was sorely mistaken.
