disappointed

this is not my general experience but yesterday after i placed my order, the driver refused to deliver (due to one of his colleagues being ****** in the area). i tried to explain to him that this is a big area and he cannot just assume its the same here. I was asked to meet him at a point to collect, this is unacceptable. I have complaint and later just received a message that my order was cancelled as no one was home. No explanation. I dont think was refunded yet either. I will definitely be deleting this app from my phone
