Disappointed

Im so disappointed whit what I ordered so I placed an order on the 60/60 app and what i received its not what's on the app the carrot cake is so dry it doesn't look like what's on the app not to mention the bbq chicken panini on the all its a footlong one but when it comes here is a small one,very disappointed wasted my money
