Disappointed

Bad service received from the cashier and attitude , how on earth would we buy something that's on special and you have the specific amount and did not have the points card then you get bad service because of the points card I stood there for almost 3 minutes asking customers behind me for a points card and the lady was willing to help unfortunately she was told not to use her ID number then I told the lady please make me 1 she stood up responded rudely "why you did not ask the card at first"? I told her should you have asked me in the first place I would have said please do one for me. It was like I'm buying on credit I'm not paying my 5cent that's paying her salary was just not good enough . Aviwe Notshulwane she must go for customer service training. Disappointed how you treat customers that respects your work/job because you deal with a whole lot of different customers daily and yet smile at the end of each transaction
