Disappointed

Im a ***** on checkers… i have been shopping so much there that the managers and cashiers knows me…they are the most amazing staff,always smiling their customer service skills are good…I recently bought a 5l icecream, atchar and mince with the rest of my groceries.. This is checkers in the kalahari mall.. the icecream was all iced like its been standing open.. i couldnt enjoy it with my kids.. the atchar i bought for my husband was expired a year ago.. and the mince i made had this bad smell i had to throw it away… tried calling but got no answer.. i couldn’t find my slip and just left it… i most defs feel like i dont trust them with their foods anymore… disappointed loyal customer..
