Disappointed

I very disappointed with checkeres Hillcrest. I purchased a snoek fish which I was aware it has a small smell cent. Only to find out when I ate the fish it was rotten. I then reported it and the manger advised they are sorry and they are not sure how that happened and I was refunded as well has given a cake has and apologie. The next day I felt sick thinking about that rotten taste in my mouth and had and upset tummy. But I left it since the manager was polite. Today I forget about everything and purchase fried chips for supper only to find out that the chips tasted funny and it's like mixed oil from other fried stuff or the oil was bad. I had to throw the chips away

My point I am trying to make is that we work hard and we purchase items from reputed shops they cannot be unhealthy with food items to customers and I talk for other customers who has to travel far and to relise they meal is off. Checkeres this s unexpectable I never use to have issues with buying pre heated food now yourl are just doing any kind of mess with the meals we are meant to eat. I refuse to keep quite about rotten food this is extremely wrong to all customers and not good
