Disappointed

I went to the Checkers Hyper at Mall of Africa yesterday and I was pick pocketed in the store. I went to the manager to report the incident. Lerato the trainee manager notified security and I was told that I need to remember where exactly in the store I was when the incident happened. I told the security offer that I was at the I think the incident happened at the frozen foods section. I asked if we could look at the camera footage at about 17:05 and he did not seem to care. He said I need to leave my name and number and they will contact me if someone hands the phone over. I told him that the phone was already switched off. I doubt anyone will hand it over.
