Disappointed

Visited the new Checkers Hyper at Sandton City Mall. Was looking forward to the chocolate experience but was disappointed by what seemed as a very unprofessional excuse.

I arrived at Checkers Hyper on the 29/10/2019 at 13:14pm , went to Chocolata & ordered the tampered chocolate.

Was told that if would take 15 mins to make & I agreed. After I was done shopping I returned to collect only for the lady to tell me "we couldn't make your chocolate because we were busy unpacking stock & only finished now, sorry"

As a new business that is pathetic customer service!!
