Disappointed

Was at checkers Sandton on 01/03/2020 Time 12.10pm did grocery shopping bought pizza’s which normal price was R99 on special R69.99 paid for groceries check invoice they charge me R99 told me to got customers service went there spoke to the lady name cathrine at 12:15 pm asked her about price she told me d u have some card I said no she refund my R99 back I told her don’t want that I want to pay 69.90 she said it’s not possible asked her for head office number 3 times she said I don’t know what a customer service was very impressed that she stand at customer service and really don’t know what is customer service Is was very disgusted call for manager name Wilson he went and go check and gave me the pizzas for 69.90 after I was standing there for nearly 30 minutes arguing checkers ashamed on u what a customer service for 69.99 will not shop again at you stores very disappointed.
