dirty packaging checkers

on Wednesday morning last week I ordered a bar one cake at checkers forest hill of which I was going to collect later, so when I get there to collect the cake the ladies working at the bakery told they don'have a packaging so the gave a dirty box to put my in cake, is if I rejected a cake obviously I would seem as a difficult person.
