Didn't receive my order from the store, zero responsibility

I ordered a platter on Friday afternoon to be delivered on Saturday afternoon, I pay for it and everything, I needed to use it at around 4:00 pm but then I tell them no I need it around 12:00pm, so this is me on Saturday morning walking into to checkers going to collect my platter which I paid for and only to be told that it was not done because they don't have electricity so I'm like oh okay it's fine since I took account of all this it's okay how long will it take for them to actually make this platter, I will give it an allowance because I still had enough time when I went back at 4 they called me right before I could enter the store and they told me that they won't be able to make that platter for me because they don't have ingredients and I was like what am I supposed to do when my event is literally starting at that moment I was really disappointed at this store because I ordered on time so now I was left with no plan and a lot of guests to feed and they never even made an alternative or try to solve it in some way or try and and fix it by speaking to another branch or anything they just left me hanging and told me they will give me my money back that's it and they took no responsibility whatsoever.
