Deteriorating Customer Service

Honestly when I first moved to South Africa, Checkers Mokopane was always my number 1go to shop because I could speak freely without any judgement. The cashier's there were always friendly.

Now, a few years later, cashier's are rude. They wait for you to pack you own groceries in shopping bags. But it is always funny how they make sure that they always pack for white people and other light skinned races.

The checkers sixty sixty people always act like they may bump into walk in customers while shopping for they online customers. The level of rudeness is just beyond words.

The other day I made a mistake and bought the wrong product, but I was lucky I noticed it just as I was leaving the store. I went back to return the item and the response I received from the management was very rude. The service I got there was also very slow.

Checkers Mokopane used to handle their customers with care, and lately the service has just deteriorated.
