Deplorable Attitude from Cashier at CHECKERS Tamboti Mall Randfontein

On Saturday the 24th of November 2018 at about 9:15 am I went to Checkers Tamboti Mall in Randfontein. I bought an energy drink and cheese curls, when I got to one of the express tills there was two old ladies. One was assisted as the lady that was initially in front was still waiting for one of the employees to bring her what she asked for so she let her go first. When one of the employees came back the lady said that she didn't ask for that so the employee had to go back again to look for what the lady wants. Because we were waiting for the employee to come back I thought that it only makes sense that the cashier assists me so long. So I asked her if I can pay so long for my stuff . The cashier by the name of Thubisa Bulu looked at me and told me that she is busy when she was not busy with anything she was waiting for her colleague to come back with the item that the old lady had requested. Anyway after about 5 minutes she then says bring your stuff, Because there was that old lady in front of me I was a bit far away from the screen where I can see how much I need to pay, therefore I asked her how much do I need to pay she got irritated and turned the screen towards me with such attitude. I then asked her why couldn't she tell me the price that's when she snapped and told me that she was not here for me. went on to say that she told me to go to the other till which was behind her but to me that didn't make sense as the lady was helping a gentleman who had a lot of groceries that still needed to be scanned. So I tried to tell her that she then said to me why dont I just ***OF she said that 4 times to me I was in disbelieve that I would be treated like that as a customer. That's when I said to her please call your manager and she said to me I must go looking for the manager myself. So I got to the manager with tears in my eyes which she was wiping of mind you. I told her what happened and she got very angry herself she asked who was assisting me I pointed out the cashier and she was just not shocked but furious and walked with me to the till where I was being assisted. When she got there she lost it and started shouting at Thubisa telling her that this time she will fire her and not send her to a different branch she went on and asked her how many times must she speak to her regarding her bad attitude towards customers. So this told me that clearly this is something that she is used to and gets away with it. I can’t not believe that Checker Tamboti Mall Randfontein would have such an employee for working in the forefront mind you serving customers and find nothing wrong in shouting and insulting customers as and when she pleases. I call upon the highest of management to deal with this certain individual as she is not supposed to be assisting customers at all. It is very clear to me that she doesn't value her job or Checkers doesn't give proper training to their employees as they employees are able to take their customers for granted. If nothing happens with this individual I will put this on all my social media platforms with a follower ship of 5000 people I am sure that you will agree with me that will be shared across board and everyone will know how customer are treated at Checkers.
